• Automatic backup and restoration of your data
• Remote IT support - your expert IT department at the end of a phone
• Voice over broadband for cheaper calls and line rental

Many factors affect the actual speed that you get from your broadband connection.

• The distance between your home or premises and your local phone exchange
The greater the distance you are from your exchange the slower it will be

• How busy the internet is
The speeds you enjoy depend upon the websites you are visiting and how busy they are.
For example, during peak usage times in the evening you might notice your connection slow down

• How many computers are sharing your broadband connection

• Running online software
File sharing software such as KAZAA and BIT TORRENTS can seriously slow down your connection

• Anti-virus and anti-spyware software
Viruses and spyware can slow your connection down. Ensure you have up-to-date protection at all times

• Connect your router correctly

• Fit micro-filters to all phone sockets
So that there is no interference with your broadband connection
